Before Care by Carrie, I built and led organizations and initiatives focused on health, aging, and education. My work has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, and the San Francisco Chronicle, and I’ve been invited to speak at conferences and healthcare panels focused on aging and care.

 

I’ve also lived this personally—navigating my own health challenges following a serious car accident and multiple surgeries while caring for my mother through advanced dementia and working with my family to honor her care and end-of-life wishes.

 

That experience shapes how I approach this work: with clarity, discretion, and care.
